Tracking:

• You will receive tracking via the Email you provided with a tracking number and confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Package Not Delivered:

HydraRank is NOT responsible for LOST/STOLEN packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages that have not been delivered. The customer is the one responsible for filing all claims through the delivery service. Once a response is received from the claim we will be able to address the issue from there. • All claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
• Once USPS responds we will be able to determine how to move forward. Please be patient with us as we work with USPS.
• Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you throughout the process.
• HydraRank does not have any liability once the product is shipped. We will provide you with photographic proof that the order was fulfilled and shipped by HydraRank.
• If USPS never received your package due to an error on our end (if it was never scanned into their system or no tracking) we will ship you a replacement at no cost.
