We offer a lifetime limited warranty on all manufacturer defects for any of our products.
Our warranty does not cover drops, odor, negligence, or normal wear and tear done on the consumers behalf.
We reserve the rights to require photographic proof of the product defect, as well as how the issue occurred to ensure it was in fact a manufacturer defect.
If your claim is approved - we will cover all shipping costs.

Warranty claims can take up to 3-5 days to process and up to 5 days to ship.
We strive to have the highest quality products on the market for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in unused condition and undamaged.
Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
All shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover shipping for returns.
